Payments

We accept all major credit cards from any countries including:

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Dankort, Discover, Cirrus and more.

We also accept payments through PayPal.

Your order is stuck and won't get accepted?

Ensure that the billing adress you entered matches that of your credit card/PayPal

Check your personal information is entered correctly and that is matches your payment information.

Returns

If you are unlucky and receive a damaged product, you'll get a 100% refund. After initianting a refund process, you have 30 days to send it back to us, at your own expense, once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your order. 

*Please note: If your order is on the way, you are not eligible for a refund. Please wait for delivery to initiate the refund process. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping

Due to a increase in orders in February all orders are slighty delayed, but we are working on getting everyone order shipped. Everyone who ordered will receive a 35% discount code that they can use on their next order.

You've just made an order and are now looking forward to recieving your order - So what now?

Once an order is placed, our team personally prepares your package, please allow 2-5 days before the order is ready to be picked up and ready for delievery.

The estimated shipping time is 7-14 days depending on your location, but orders in late January and February will have a shipping and processing time of estimated 20 days in total.

Tiny Explorings

We have combined the best of both worlds in our Tiny Explorings. So there is no need to wear socks at the same time, you can, but it's not needed.

We would argue that it might be the most comfortable thing you could wear on your feet in terms of shoes. They have the comfort of a sock and the convenience of a shoe.

We use a few different materials. We use cotton, spandex and polyester. This ensures us the perfect variant of our Tiny Explorings every time.
